Private Lessons

• One person = £25 per hour.
• Two persons = £40 per hour.
• Flexible times and days.
• Ring/Text/Email to arrange.

Group Lessons

• There are usually 10-12 persons max.
• Quieter during holidays.
• No hefty course fees.
• Beginner lessons cost £10 (or £7 for students with an NUS card) in total (including your non-refundable booking fee).
• Pay for each lesson individually or buy 6 in advance and get a 7th free.
• Mixed level classes.

Hen Party Package 1

• One hour lesson.
• Certificate for each girl taking part in the workshop.
• 2 Poles.
• One bottle of bubbly & box of chocolates for the hen.
• 2 for 1 cocktails in Que Pasa before 8pm.
• £20 per person. Minimum 6 girls.
• Vanity Pole (Main Fitness Gym, Newport, South Wales), Que Pasa (Cardiff, Wales)

Hen Party Package 2

• One hour and a half Lesson.
• Certificate for each girl taking part in the workshop.
• 2 Poles.
• One bottle of bubbly & box of chocolates for the hen.
• 2 for 1 cocktails in Que Pasa before 8pm.
• £30 per person.
• Minimum 6 girls.
• Vanity Pole (Main Fitness Gym, Newport, South Wales), Que Pasa (Cardiff, Wales)

Important Information

Please Note: Before booking any party or group session you must contact us to agree a date, time and venue. You can pay a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. The remainder of the payment must be submitted one week prior to the party. Payment can be made via cheque, paypal or an online credit card payment.

• Please be aware that you must remove all hand and wrist jewellery before lessons.
• Please do not moisturise on the day of the lessons.
• You need to bring along shorts and high heels or trainers (trainers to the gym only).
• Any shape and size of girls welcome and any age over 16yrs as long as healthy enough to dance. If unsure please consult your doctor.
• Ladies only for parties & group lessons.
